I've just made a drinking chocolate for me an' 'im so I've got 117 calories in my body today... far from healthy but I haven't been given a choice. It's lasagne's for lunch tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll be able to have a few hundred more calories in my body tomorrow, but I'm guessing I'll have lost weight after being significantly under target (according to my FitBit app) with my calories for the last few days, so I'll only do my morning laps and try to have breakfast too, assuming there are enough Wheat Biscuits left for me after Steve's had his breakfast. Even if I don't have breakfast again this week, the box will be finished before the end of the week, so we'll be able to dive into our Granola bags and hopefully get some more from my MIL at the weekend 'cos I refuse to go hungry again next week.
Steve's just said that he'll make porridge for us when we've finished off the wheat biscuits and granola, so I'll hopefully be able to have breakfast next week.
I've got something on online tomorrow morning so Steve'll be having his breakfast before 9.30am or nothing until lunchtime. It's not often that I have time limits for things, but he hasn't got a choice about respecting them when they happen. It's only for about an hour and a half, but I'm not gonna not do it just because Steve doesn't fancy an early breakfast for a change. I'm gonna do my laps in the afternoon tomorrow so that I'm not puffed out when I go for the meeting. There will hopefully be at least one blog post before it starts, but I'm not sure how many times I'll be posting until it's over and done with.
