...today is my third calorie-free day. I'm not daring to get too hopeful about tomorrow, but it's out there now so I'm hoping to have half of it (instead of my usual third) tomorrow so that I can get several hundred (if not over 1,000) calories into me to make up for the first half of this week.
It was incredibly tempting to dive into the biscuits (like I usually have to on the 4 or 5 days a week that my carer doesn't cook) on Monday, the temptation was still there yesterday but a bit easier to stand firm and I've just been able to shrug it off today, so hopefully it'll be easier and easier as the days progress.
My carer wants part two of his lunch now (a meat slice) so I'd better go and take his recycling out and get it for him, hadn't I?!
