The Freegle thing has just gone, my back-ups are underway and Steve's delivery has been returned to the depot apparently, so I can now have a shower and wash my hair ready for Friday while the backups finish and my carer is caring even less about me. He'll be leaving the house for his medical appointment at about 11am-ish, so that gives me an hour and a half to have the shower and get dressed again which will hopefully be plenty of time, considering how cold it'll be.
