Hit the 10k mark as I was walking through the bathroom door, so next target is 12,500 by the time I crawl into bed tonight. I'm happy with the 10k though, so if I don't make the second target then that's totally OK with me today. I'd like to hit 10k steps every day that I do my laps, but it's totally OK if I don't 'cos I know that 10k means that I've hopefully done enough to burn off the extra calories that I consume.
