...and we're still having Pasta Bake for lunch - without being pessimistic, I reckon my carer will be too tired to cook and he'll sleep instead, 'cos that's all he's done this morning, other than eating and drinking his breakfast!
I was soooo close to hitting 10,000 steps after my laps this morning, so I'm guessing I'll hit 10k before lunch, and maybe 12,500 steps by the time I head to bed tonight.
I'm only gonna do one set of laps a day, so that I don't push my body too far. I'm pondering on only doing it three times a week too, so that I can burn off the calories a bit quicker and get back down to the weight I want to be. I'm within the healthy range right now, so I can safely have a few calorie dense days without needing to exercise them off if my body doesn't feel able to do it. It wakes me up and clears my head and sets me up for the rest of the day, but I'm not gonna do it twice a day, every day any more.
