...know how to cope with lots of new sweet flavours any more, now that we've drastically reduced our sugar consumption.
I've just had a can of cherryade and a giant cherry flapjack and my body is kinda going "what the... how am I supposed to process these new flavours so rapidly?"
I must be feeling my age now 'cos even 5 years I could have had my entire day's sweetness just for a snack without thinking about it at all but now that there's so little sweetness in my diet, my body has forgotten how to cope with sweetness overload!
