I was wrong to doubt Steve this morning 'cos we've had a big lunch of penne pasta, tomato and roasted vegetable pasta sauce and some vegetarian chicken pieces which tasted great, but was maybe a touch too much after a late-ish breakfast this morning. I've still gotta consume 271 calories to even hit the minimum today and I think I need to go pretty significantly over every day this week so that I can replace the weight I've been losing over the last few weeks.
