Pills taken now soooo...

...when my carer has finished his tea, I'll take the plate through to the kitchen and hopefully be able to have an early night tonight.

I need to remember to put in a repeat prescription request in a couple of weeks 'cos I've just opened the last two boxes of pills that I've got and I really don't fancy running out of any of them... my body needs what it gives them and it seriously screws me up if I go without.

Woops!  Forgot to publish this before I took Steve's plate out!

I've taken my pills and cared for my carer for very nearly 87 hours this week and he hasn't even managed 2 hours.  Next week will be the ideal opportunity to get the caring totals significantly increased 'cos I'm having my Covid jab done on the 14th, which I'm really not looking forward to, but it'll give my carer plenty of opportunity to put in the daily minimum of 5 hours, but I'll be happy with a 5 hour week 'cos that would be double what he usually achieves in a week, but we shall see.
