Just finished doing my first set of laps today and oh boy are my legs and knees feeling it now! lol
Managed to do almost 3,500 steps, so I'm feeling pretty proud of that. I'm thinking that when I'm back down to the normal weight for my height, I'll still keep exercising, but only do it once a day instead of twice so that I can keep my body moving and burning any extra calories that come along.
