...can someone remind me to squirt the B12 into my mouth as well as glugging the water before I start on my second set of laps pretty please? I only needed the water this morning and I was fine afterwards, but I was seriously struggling with the last 15 minutes of laps this afternoon and the water didn't help that much. The B12 sprays after I'd finished them worked within seconds and I'm fine again now, so hopefully I just need the water in the mornings and a couple of sprays, along with the water for my second set in the afternoon.
That's me exercised out for another day, so I'm just gonna keep my bum planted on the sofa until bed-time now.
