I said that today was gonna be a rest day for me and it was until 4pm when I decided to do just one set of laps today so that I could try and get my steps count a bit higher and get a few active minutes into the FitBit app before I headed to bed. I also didn't want my legs to sieze up on me and refuse to work tomorrow, so I've just finished half of the days laps instead of both sets. I'm absolutely shattered now, so hopefully I'll sleep well tonight lol
I guzzled my way through a litre of water while I was lapping, so I'm over the minimum for that too.
