Just done my second set of laps for the day and I'm a tired, sweaty betty so I'll hopefully sleep well tonight!
My left hamstring has been stiff all day... my carer reckons that massaging it should help, but I keep forgetting to look on You Tube for other natural relaxers. If it's the same tomorrow I'll hopefully be able to remember to look while my carer is at his medical appointment in the morning. I'm certainly not going to push myself any more than I have today in case it snaps or whatever it does, and we haven't got any sticky tape for me to put it back together with 😉
