Yet another take-away, but a pretty healthy take-away for me, just a container of boiled beansprouts. My hubby has promised lunch tomorrow to catch up with the cooking from the last two days lunches, so it'll be vegan sausage rolls, hash browns and plenty of veg tomorrow apparently... won't believe it until it's in front of me again though.
