I had crispy Tofu bites with plenty of veg. They weren't very crispy, but that's OK with me otherwise I'd be paranoid about cracking a tooth again lol
The chef (my hubby/carer, Steve) said about using them in curries and bolognaise and stuff like that, so hopefully he's enjoying cooking again!
