...the substitution email through for today's groceries and everything is in stock so the breakdown that I put up yesterday is how it actually breaks down today.
I've made Steve's breakfast and a mug of coffee for him, so he's sorted until lunchtime now and it's not safe for me to make myself any breakfast, so I'll be living on liquids until lunchtime again... not great at all, but as long as my carer gets to eat 3 meals and multiple snacks a day, that's all that matters, right?
He's finished his breakfast now so I've gotta put my health at risk so that I can take his bowl out for him 'cos he won't do it himself.
