I'm gonna shut down now... it's been a looong exhausting day and I've gotta remember to put the rubbish and recycling out tomorrow, as well as potentially making lunch for my carer (I won't be able to eat if I cook 'cos I can't safely reach the bottom of the oven) so I'm gonna head to bed and hopefully fall asleep pretty rapidly tonight.
