...rubbish and recycling gone out for another week, totally on my own, so it's a blimmin' good job that there was so little of it this week. Steve's just got back from the bathroom and I give him 5 minutes before he's asleep, potentially for the rest of the afternoon, again.
I've already cared for my carer for 8 hours (on the dot lol) today, which has already taken the weekly caring total up to 84 hours and 5 minutes and my carer has only managed 1 hour and 42 minutes, so there's no way he can cram over 33 hours of care into the less than 8 hours left of the day.
