Today's lunch was made (all bar the dishing up which was never gonna happen 'cos of my lack of height) entirely by me and I had to use a combination of the oven and the hob today! T'was just onion rings, chips and veggies with a squirt of tomato ketchup, but I'm feeling dead proud of myself now!
It's instant soup tomorrow 'cos of Steve's medical appointment, but I'm gonna give Friday's vegetarian chicken korma a try too. I want Steve to stand over me as I do it, but that'll be another totally new experience for me too.
We're gonna have a Caffe Nero treat this afternoon in celebration and I can't wait!
