Finished off the tub of Tropical fruits granola with too much soya milk again this morning. It's potentially going to be my only meal of the day 'cos Steve (my hubby/carer) has his medical appointment this afternoon so he always has instant soup 'cos he gets travel sick and I won't be able to stay on my feet for long enough to make a mug for myself too, so I'm just having breakfast again today. Thanks to finishing off the tub of granola this morning, it's potentially my last meal each day until he refills the tub for me, so it's a good job I've got chocolate soya milk and bananas to make chocolate and banana smoothies with really, innit.
