Today's (12th August 2022) lunch photo

After not eating anything at all yesterday (the 2 drinking chocolates were the closest I got all day), today's vegetarian "chicken" korma went down a treat.


Made with Linda Mc Cartney's vegetarian pieces, Plant Revolution korma sauce and, of course, rice.  I'm nicely full now, but my FitBit is saying that I've still got 300 calories left to eat today so I think that calls for a chocolate & banana smoothie in a few hours time!  I've got chocolate soya milk but I've never used it in a smoothie, but something I saw on my FitBit app at the weekend inspired me to try it so I'll see how much I enjoy it later on... it'll be a good way to get more protein into my diet if I enjoy it and now that I've eaten something it shouldn't make me feel sick like it does when I have it on an empty stomach.
