Just a very quick and simple chunky soup for lunch today which has put me 35 calories over budget, so that's still a green day and any other calories this afternoon will send me comfortably into the red so that I can hopefully put on more weight ready for Monday's weigh-in. I'm still within the healthy weight range for my height, but only just, so I wanna put on about another kilo so that I can safely have days like yesterday without going underweight again.
