Just weighed myself and...

...I've somehow lost 100g in the last 7 days, so it'll be hot chocolates at every opportunity this week.  The ideal way to get me to rapidly put on weight would be to have toast or sandwiches or something 'cos the soya spread is so high calorie, but I've gotta save the bread for Steve's tea every evening.


Time to resize my breakfast photo, put it on here and Instagram, code and upload the FitBit spreadsheet.


My daily virus scan was, thankfully, clear again, so I've just gotta keep caring for my carer until the rubbish and recycling is collected so that I can go and schmooze with them.  Gonna make myself my first drinking chocolate of the day first though.
