I've had a pretty late start to this morning 'cos I didn't even wake up until gone 6am and amazingly my carer was awake so I listened to him talk about his 2 overnight poo's and re-learning coding because "it seemed pointless going back to sleep at that point" so he'll be asleep for large amounts of the day today, which makes my life a lot easier 'cos I can get on with other things while he's asleep and I just need to keep an eye on his breathing.
I've already taken my pills and weighed myself. I've lost 50g in the last week which I know doesn't sound like a lot, but I was supposed to be putting weight on rather than losing it! I've had breakfast and I'm hoping I'll have lunch too... hopefully more than 3 times this week!
My daily virus scan was reassuringly clear and the recycling has just been picked up so I've just gotta wait for our rubbish to go now, then I can care for my carer until lunchtime.
Gonna sort out my FitBit spreadsheet for last week then put my breakfast photo up on here and then I can spend the rest of the day caring for my carer.
