Very quick, simple and incredibly high calorie lunch today - just Morrisons thick cut seeded loaf, vegan spread and a 500ml glass of Berry Crush... total calorie count for lunch is a huuuuge 2440 calories so I'm guessing I'll have put weight on when I weigh myself tomorrow, but without being able to use our oven until the door is fixed, that's OK and I'll still be able to make things on the hob so we can have curry and chilli and things like that, we just won't be sticking to the menu for a while is all.
