This is my first meal of the week (my calories came from drinking chocolates yesterday) and I'm hopeful that we'll have a home-made curry for lunch, but I won't believe it until it's in front of me 'cos we were supposed to have it yesterday instead, but my hubby/carer changed his mind so I didn't eat anything all day. That's a whole other rant that I won't continue on here lol
I had tropical fruits granola, soya milk and a mug of instant lemon tea for my breakfast today.
