...in an exciting development since lunchtime, there is now a second flower in the 38 Degrees pot!!! It's small and orange and pointing upwards rather than hanging over, but that's two different plants I've grown from seeds that I haven't killed!!
That's never happened before in my life!!
I've grown vegetables from seeds, but never flowers and I haven't killed any of them yet!
I can go to bed tonight with a huge grin plastered to my face now. There's potentially one of the Amazon bees plants looking like it'll flower soon too, so I shouldn't have given up hope so quickly.
My green fingers are slowly getting greener and a lot of the thanks should go to the Green Man for telling me when there was enough water for each pot at each watering session! Thanks go to Gaia too 'cos She provided me with the inspiration and motivation to water them at the right times so that I didn't scorch them in the mid-day heat too much!! She's prompted me to convince Steve that eating here instead of getting a take-away was the better idea too.
I couldn't be without either of them in my life any more now!
