...waay too much today 'cos I've just had a Subway salad and footlong Veggie Delite sub and I'm totally stuffed now. According to my FitBit I'm 297 calories over budget which is what I wanted and oh boy am I feeling it now lol
I'll resize and put the photos up now... it's take-aways like this that are OK to have 'cos they are a healthy as opposed to junk food like pizza and Chinese and curry and things like that.
I'm gonna be burping all evening now lol
