...and I've got a mug of decaf tea on the go for my breakfast.
I managed to wobble my way through 35 minutes of laps this morning, so I'm hoping to do something similar this afternoon so that I can burn off the extra calories that I've had so far this week. Tomorrow will be an easy day to burn more than I consume 'cos it's just instant soup, so I don't reckon I'll have more than 500 calories in me tomorrow which I'll have pretty much burnt off after my first set of laps of the day, then the afternoon's laps will be bonus burning that'll hopefully go quite a way to helping me to lose weight by weigh-day Monday.
