...another drinking chocolate to try and increase my calorie count as much as possible before I head to bed tonight. Only need another 2½ drinking chocolates to reach the minimum healthy level.
I'm guessing I'll have lost at least a kilo this week, by the time I weigh myself on Monday morning, 'cos this is my 4th under calorie day of the week. I'm guessing (but hoping that I'm wrong) that it'll be the same tomorrow too. Steve's cooked 4 times this week though and I've had 3 breakfasts, so I guess I should be grateful really. I'll be able to experiment with the raspberry smoothie made with water tomorrow morning 'cos I'm seriously running out of soya milk again.
I've got more soya milk as well as chocolate soya milk and bananas on Tuesday's order, so if they are all available, I'll be able to have banana chocolate smoothies on the days that Steve doesn't fancy cooking, so I'll be able to have a few more calories next week, assuming that the soya stuff and bananas are available of course.
