That's my carer...

...fed for the first time today, so time to go and feed myself then take a photo for you all and take our bowls out to be washed up.

The to-do list now looks like this:

• Give the plants their first drink of the day

• Make my carer's breakfast for him
• Take my carer's empty bowl through to the kitchen
• Weigh myself
• Download, code and upload the spreadsheet
• Potentially start on my first laps of the week if I need to
