That's one thing off this morning's to-do list

My to-do list for this morning currently looks like this:

  • Care for my carer - ongoing
  • Give the plants their first drink of the day
  • Take a photo of the flowers
  • Make my carer's breakfast for him
  • Take my carer's empty bowl through to the kitchen
  • Weigh myself
  • Download, code and upload the spreadsheet
  • Potentially start on my first laps of the week if I need to

 

I've put on a kilo in a week, so I'm 450g over the healthy weight range now, which ain't so bad and I'll do my laps either once a day every day, or twice a day every other day... dunno which for sure yet - what do you, my blog reader, reckon I should do?  Leave me a comment and let me know  😊
