We had spaghetti, frozen sliced red onions, tomato and chilli pasta sauce and vegetarian meatballs for lunch today. T'was supposed to be tomato and garlic pasta sauce, but they were unavailable yesterday and were replaced with the chilli version which built up quite a kick by the time we had both finished off our platefuls lol It was also suprisingly few calories - only 666 calories, so I've still gotta find 823 calories this afternoon to take me to the right amount for my weight and height - given how stuffed I am right now, that just won't be happening though lol
Assuming my stomach empties enough, I might make myself a drinking chocolate to quickly bump up my calories, but right now this chocaholic can't even face that! 😲 I've got a couple of litres of soya milk in the fridge so I might have a chocolate milkshake and I've got some pretty high calorie vegan chocolate bars that I can have too, but right now my belly is saying "no more!!" lol
