...somehow magic 1,500 steps onto my FitBit, in the next half an hour, just by sitting on the sofa and visiting the bathroom, I'm just gonna leave it at the two sets of laps today. I've managed 8,103 so far today, which is fine by me, but I don't wanna force myself to do 10,000 steps on two consecutive days 'cos that would totally screw up my health, which I really don't wanna do. I've consumed too few calories to risk it today too and I just don't wanna take any unnecessary risks.
As long as I manage 7,500 steps tomorrow then I won't force myself to do too much then either. Friday to Sunday are potentially higher calorie days (assuming I can motivate Steve to cook again) so there is the potential to do 3 sets of laps a day then, but if my body says no then I won't do it... my body gets the final say for safety reasons.
