We needed something quick and cheap to keep our spaghetti in so that it was out of the way on the counter and less likely to be knocked off, the package bursting open and the spaghetti ending up all over the floor.

We've got other kitchen things that are very similar to this and it was cheap and on Prime so we'd get it the day before our second packet of spaghetti was due to turn up with our groceries.

Would it fit both packets of spaghetti in it at the same time or would I need to invest in a second one though?

It arrived and the original spaghetti pack fitted in it easily... would it fit in the second packet too?

Yep, it would, with just enough room to get a couple of fingers in to grab the spaghetti to put into the water.

It's an obviously cheap container and the lid on it is pretty lose, but for a way to keep a couple of packets of spaghetti safe from being knocked onto the floor, it's well worth the money for us.
