I said in my last blog post that the drinking chocolate was 171 calories - it is for the Morrisons one, but we've got Tesco drinking chocolate tubs on the kitchen counter, which my FitBit app says is 405 calories per serving and I've had two mugfuls already this morning so that's 810 calories which is considerably better than the 320-odd that I was thinking, thankfully. I'm sorry for my mistake but I don't feel so worried about missing all of today's meals now that I know I can go over my calorie budget (and therefore hopefully maintain or increase my weight on Monday) without worrying about any damage I might be doing to myself or my health.
I know that missing 2 days worth of meals occasionally is far from a major problem but I don't wanna lose any weight and certainly not by being forced to have calorie-free days, but knowing that I can get enough calories into me by drinking 4 mugs of drinking chocolate today and tomorrow is a big weight lifted off my shoulders now. I won't make it a regular thing, but I'll aim for at least 4 drinking chocolates a day just for today and tomorrow.
Completely changing the subject now - the weekly virus scan has finished and I'm still free of nasties so the backups are underway now and they're already 92% and 80% finished, so I might be able to have a couple of slices of bread for my lunch when I make my carers for him, after taking another loaf out of the freezer yesterday, so there is plenty of bread for me to make his tea for the next few nights now as well as me being able to have a couple of slices too. I won't be able to have any spread on it otherwise I'll end up on the floor again, potentially with a steaming hot mug of soup in my hand which could potentially spill all over my hands and maybe burn me again, so I'm just not gonna risk it.
