...down the hatch and I've only gotta put in another 10 minutes of care to have hit 10 hours today.
I've messed around with the groceries a touch and come up with another menu for the end of August to the beginning of September and if we manage to stick to each menu each week for the next 4 weeks, I've got a Sunday roast planned for the first Sunday in September - I just hope the cafe are open that day otherwise we'll be stuck lol It's a gorgeous little independent cafe just down the road from us and their portions are huuuuge and fantastic value for money too.
A bit all over the place this evening, but the breakdowns of tomorrows grocery order looks like this:
My stuff: £2.44
Steve's stuff: £23.84
Joint stuff: £11.33
So, yet again, Steve's stuff is well over half of the entire budget but it's always my stuff then the joint stuff that comes off to make room for more room for things that only Steve can have. I'm sure you're all bored of that particular rant by now though, right? lol
I've only done one set of laps today, so it's gonna be a once a day, every day this week. I'm determined to do at least 15 minutes a day, but I'm hoping for around 20 minutes if my legs can cope with that. I'm not gonna push myself too hard - as soon as my body tells me it's had enough I'll finish the lap I'm on and that'll be it for the day then. I'm aiming for at least 5,000 steps a day this week, then I'll take it from there next week, based on what the scales and, more importantly, my body tell me. When I'd got into the routine, I started to relax and enjoy myself, so maybe the laps are a stress reliever for me too?
