...plants watered and my carer fed for the second time today. I'm too wobbly and unsafe to make anything for myself now, so I'll wait until he wants a hot drink then go and make myself a malt drink so that I can get closer to finishing off the canister. Gonna risk doing my last set of laps but I won't be pushing myself to far, fast or hard otherwise I'll end up on the floor again. Gonna give myself a little while to recover then go and do the laps at about quarter to until, hopefully, quarter past so that I can get another two blobs in my FitBit app lol
Gonna take my lunchtime pill first though, so that I don't forget.
