Today's lunch was a very yummy and surprisingly low calorie (513) sweet & sour vegetarian chicken with white long-grain rice.
We've just had a treat from Caffe Nero delivered to increase my calories but I haven't taken a photo of that. Mine was a decaff Mocha Grande made with soya milk and salted caramel syrup and two raspberry croissants, which have sent my calorie count through the roof lol
I'm gonna spend half an hour or so this afternoon doing "laps" of the downstairs of our little house to try and offset yesterday and today's too many calories. I need to lose just under half a kilo, so a few laps a day won't do any harm. Tomorrow and Thursday are pretty low calorie days, 'cos they are spaghetti and vegetarian chilli meatballs tomorrow and then instant soup on Thursday, so I'll only do one set of laps then, and I won't have breakfast tomorrow but I will on Thursday so that I can get a few hundred extra calories into me.
