I know now that it's not safe to do more than 25 minutes worth of laps, twice a day 'cos I'm totally done in now. I'll keep doing that for the rest of this week to see what effect it has on my weight on Monday. I enjoy doing the laps when I've got the motivation to get them started, so assuming I've got back to the top end of the healthy weight range for my height on Monday, I'll just do one set of laps on the higher calorie days and won't do any on the days where I consume less calories (ie potentially on a Wednesday, definitely on a Thursday) and I won't have breakfast on the high calorie days either. I've just gotta work out what my body needs to maintain rather than lose or gain weight.
