...just over 500 calories and I'll have burned about 2,000 calories by the time I head to bed, so that should make up for going overboard on Monday and yesterday then I can use tomorrow to help me to lose the weight, then hopefully Friday to Sunday will be green days on my FitBit app, ready for the weekly weigh-in on Monday. I can afford to lose up to 2.5kg and still be in the healthy weight range for my height, but I wanna stay at the top of the range as much as possible so that low calorie days like today and tomorrow aren't a problem.
I'm gonna spend a few weeks experimenting with calories consumed and burnt so that I know what is right for my body. I already know that if I go significantly red then I put on weight rapidly and if I go mainly blue then I lose weight rapidly, so I've just gotta find what works for my body and give it what it needs.
