Just another bottle of orange juice for my breakfast today, then a glass of cream soda to raise my calories a bit more. I'm gonna have jam sandwiches for my lunch to try and get at least a few more calories inside me today, 'cos it's not healthy to live on 42 calories from the juice alone... gonna be a high carb day today by the looks of things, but I don't have a choice if I wanna stay safe.
