...I'm happy with the numbers so the aim for this week is to maintain rather than lose or gain. I can still lose 2kg or gain 1kg and still be within the healthy weight range for my height, but I prefer to be at the top end of the range rather than the bottom.
Time to download, save, code and upload the spreadsheet to my homepage then carry on with the editing while I wait for the rubbish and recycling to be collected so that I can schmooze with the collectors again, like I do most weeks lol
