I'm a grumpy cow this morning cos I woke up at 2am, then 4am then 6.30am and when I came down to start the weekly virus scan, my daily spreadsheet of care for my carer decided to play silly buggers with me so I had to reboot which was slllloooowwwww so I'm thinking it'll crash later.
I've taken my morning pills and the virus scan is chugging away, so hopefully that's the end of the technology issues today.
I'm gonna go and water the plants, then do my laps, then make my carer's breakfast for him now. I managed a smidgen over 10,000 steps yesterday which I haven't done for a veery long time and it made me feel really proud of myself. My target each day is 7,500 steps 'cos that's usually achievable with two sets of laps a day, but I'm happy with 5,000 steps too.
