...I'm not gonna do any more laps today after all.
I weighed myself, just out of interest, before I went for a wee and discovered that I'd put on 250g since Monday's weigh-in session so I decided there and then that I *would* do my laps when I came out of the bathroom.
After a normal kinda wee, I decided to weigh myself again and I'd somehow lost 350g just from walking from the kitchen to the bathroom, weeing, washing my hands and then walking back through to the kitchen to dry my hands and getting the scales out of the cupboard.. that's oneheckuva heavy wee lol
My weight is where I want it to be now though, so I won't be doing any more laps today and starting next week I'll only do them on particularly heavy calorie days (so there won't be laps on Wednesdays or Thursdays 'cos they are soup days) but if it's a particularly calorie rich day then I'll do 'em again, but if it's a relatively low calorie day then I'll give myself the day off so that I don't lose too much weight again.
