My hubby/carer woke up and went straight out to do our lunch, so he must have been hungry... he was eating in his sleep too lol
T'was vegan spaghetti bolognaise today with added onions and mixed veg and I'm nicely full and I've still got 256 calories to eat, to take me to the minimum, so I'm thinking that I'll indulge in a drinking chocolate this afternoon, in the hope that I haven't lost any more weight when I weigh myself on Monday morning. If I've lost weight then I'm gonna have to have a couple of slices of bread and spread every few days to send it back in the right direction again.
