...so I've got a touch over 1000 calories left to eat today now. I'll only eat about another 500 calories today so that I've got a few in the bank for the days I was over budget on earlier in the week. I won't do any more laps today so that I don't collapse but I'll do the same again for the rest of the week so that I'm hopefully still in the weight range that I should be in for my height.
Starting next week, I'll only do the laps on the high calorie days so that I can burn them off before I forget. I'm not gonna deny myself high calorie days, I'll just have to motivate myself to burn them off is all.
