Just done the bottom shelf in the kitchen and it was considerably quicker and easier than I was thinking! We've only got 1 black bin bag left, so I've had to add some to Monday's shop which has meant, yet again, that I've got nothing on the order for myself for the second week running. The total now looks like this for Monday's groceries:
My stuff: £0.00
Steve's stuff: £15.10
Joint stuff: £18.49
I'm grateful that the joint stuff is more expensive than Steve's stuff for a change, but if it hadn't been for the cheese (£6 for 4 packets) and bin bags (£3.50 for two packs of 10) then it would have been significantly under and we could have afforded my pop but needs must I s'pose.
The backups are at about 70%, so hopefully they'll be finished for another week soon. Gotta charge up my phone when they've finished 'cos I need to plug it in lol
Gonna pour myself a glass of cream soda now, then that'll have to be the last glass of pop for the day so that I can save some for next week. I've got 5½ bottles to last me for 12 days, so that's just under half a bottle a day... it's less sugar for my body to process I s'pose, so maybe it's Gaia's way of forcing me to cut the sugar in my diet?
