I really needed the extra sleep I got last night, 'cos I was asleep for a huge 10 hours and 45 minutes according to my FitBit app.
I've already taken my morning pills and got Steve's breakfast for him (I'm having a cold infusion and a banana), so I'll make a start on my laps at around 8.45am for half an hour.
It's curry for lunch today, which is the most complicated meal I've made so far, but my carer is still refusing to cook for us, so I've got no choice about doing it otherwise we wouldn't eat anything at all.
Gonna publish this blog post then make a start on my laps I reckon.
