Nite nite orl

Steve's chomping his way through his third meal of the day and I've taken my last two pills of the week, so I'm gonna head off to beddy-byes now.


On the menu for tomorrow is Bran Flakes for Steve's breakfast, 8 sausages and a plateful of chips for his lunch and 4 sandwiches for his tea.  For me, I'll either have granola (if there's a clean second bowl available) and/or chia seeds for breakfast, bread and spread for lunch (so that Steve can have the fresh loaf for his tea) and nothing for my tea.


I'm predicting that I'll have lost at least a kilo when I weigh myself tomorrow and I'll tell Steve that I need to gain weight which will go in one ear and out of the other, just like this week.  I'll hopefully be able to have bread and spread for the lunches that Steve doesn't wanna cook again, so hopefully I'll have put back on the weight that I've lost over the last two weeks.
