How are you all doing this morning?
I've already weighed myself, taken my morning pills, put last weeks FitBit spreadsheet on my site and cared for my carer for over an hour.
He's gonna eat three times today and I'll eat a maximum of twice, if I can safely stay on my feet for long enough to "butter" some bread for my own lunch. I'm definitely hoping to have breakfast today 'cos I need to get *something* into my belly so that I don't lose even more weight. Gonna start off with my Chia seeds first though, while my carer is eating a proper breakfast again.
I've got the last few bits and bobs for Yule arriving today, the groceries are being delivered tomorrow then another watch on Wednesday, so I've got a busy start to the week this week!
Just started the daily virus scan, so hopefully that should still be clear.
Woops! Forgot to publish this before I made the first meal of the week for Steve!
I'm not gonna be able to have breakfast again until my carer sees fit to decant the granola into the jug for me, which'll be at least a few days time so it's gonna be another week of only eating maybe a few times, which means I'll have lost even more weight, which really isn't safe for me now.
